Base Permit Package — AEP Dock Permit $1995
Low Density Single Family Residential Permit
Includes:
Preparation and submission of the AEP Occupancy & Use Permit
Review of dock layout, dimensions, and site constraints
Documentation and photo coordination
Coordination with surveyor and review of survey documents
Preparation of a complete permit packet
One round of revisions if requested by AEP
Applicable AEP permit fees
Vegetation Removal Permit ADD-ON $995 STANDALONE $1995
Required if shoreline vegetation will be removed or altered.
Includes:
Preparation and submission of vegetation removal permit
Documentation and photo coordination
One round of revisions if requested by AEP

Required for projects involving shoreline stabilization or erosion control.

Applicable AEP permit fees
Leesville Lake Project Add-On $495
Required for projects located on Leesville Lake.
Includes:
Additional coordination and review specific to Leesville Lake requirements
Applicable AEP fees related to Leesville Lake permitting
